45 Minute Phone Call
Prefer to talk by phone? This 45-minute phone coaching session is a more affordable option for those who feel more comfortable chatting without Zoom or are navigating financial stress. Same depth, same care, just a simpler way to connect.
12 Week Program
You’ll get weekly coaching sessions, ongoing support during business hours via email or WhatsApp, and access to personalised tools and strategies. Every week builds on the last, helping you move from anxious attachment toward emotional confidence and secure relationships.
