We start by uncovering limiting beliefs stored in the subconscious that shape your reactions and relationships. You’ll learn how to reprogram these beliefs so they no longer hold you back from showing up fully as yourself.

Understand Your Needs and Communicate Clearly

Discover what your emotional needs truly are and how to meet them in a healthy way. You’ll build confidence expressing your needs and receiving support without fear, guilt, or self-sabotage.

A Story of Growth and Guidance

Hey there! I’m Dylan Pawley, a certified Integrated Attachment Theory coach.
I didn’t become a coach because I grew up as the most secure, emotionally balanced person. In fact, I’ve probably stood exactly where you’re standing right now.
I’ve struggled deeply in relationships. I feared abandonment. I feared rejection. I didn’t trust others — or myself. I didn’t feel safe expressing who I was. I had no clue how to communicate my emotions. I believed love was something I had to work for. I overgave, under-received, and lived without boundaries — until I was burnt out, resentful, and completely disconnected from myself.
I didn’t understand why — until I discovered Integrated Attachment Theory. That was the beginning of my healing. As I started doing the inner work, perception gave way to clarity. My old stories began to shift. And from there, everything changed.
I grew up in a home filled with instability, emotional volatility, and unavailability. As a kid, I didn’t learn how to feel safe in connection — let alone how to relate functionally in romantic relationships. I was the chubby, insecure kid who self-soothed with food, then the bullied teen who starved himself trying to earn acceptance.
Later, I tried to compensate through muscle and performance — the bodybuilder chasing external validation, hoping others’ approval would finally let me approve of myself. I didn’t realize then that I was fully codependent.
Through my 20s and 30s, I was running on autopilot — numbing, overcompensating, and coping with alcohol. I had no tools to regulate or process my emotions. Just survival mode.
By 2022, I hit a wall. I’d spent the better part of two decades disconnected from my soul and my body. I chose, that year, to get sober — and I haven’t looked back since.
That was the beginning of a real transformation. I dove headfirst into personal development. Eventually, I became a certified Integrated Attachment Theory coach, and now I help other men walk the path I once walked — toward healing, wholeness, and secure, fulfilling relationships.
I believe deeply in the power of the wounded healer.
I believe your pain can be transformed into purpose.
And I know that the version of you you’re searching for is already in there — waiting to be reunited with your authentic self.
